Book Fee Policy - Book fee is non-refundable after the 1st day of school.  The fee includes book costs, book rental fees, enrichment programs, achievement test fees and yearbook.  Book fees may be paid with tuition on a monthly basis.

• K4:  $225 per child
• K5:  $290 per child
• Grades 1-6:  $365 per child
• Grades 7-12:  $365 per child

Tuition - Kindergarten

• K4 (Available Care 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.) - includes lunch & snacks

• K5 (Full Day 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)

• Tuition - Elementary Grades 1-6

• Tuition - Elementary Grades 7-8

• Tuition - High School Grades 9-12

• Extended Day Care (for students in grades K5-12 arriving before 7:30 am and/or remaining at school after 3:30 pm

• P.E. Uniform: For Grades 7-9, if needed   $35
• Athletic Fee - $100 per sport for all sports except for football, which is $150 per player.  PLEASE NOTE:  NO UNIFORM FOR ANY SPORT WILL BE ISSUED AND NO ATHLETE SHALL PARTICIPATE UNTIL ALL SPORTS FEES ARE PAID.  These fees help in covering the cost of equipment, transportation to games, referees, and security guards.

Special Notes:  Please Read Carefully

• Payment for tuition and extended day care for the first month must be made by August 1.  A late fee of 10% will be added on August 2nd.  Students who want to add extended day care in succeeding months may do so only as space and time allow.  Payments are scheduled over a ten-month payment plan (August-May) but there is a twelve month plan (June-May) if desired.

• There will be a 10% late fee added to your account if payment is not received by the 10th of each month.  An additional 10% of the unpaid balance (plus the late fee) will be added if payment is not received by the first day of the following month.

• The August and May payments do NOT have a 10 day grace period.  These payments are due on the 1st.

• Family discounts will be based on the oldest to youngest child.  For help with your account, please feel free to call our business office at 746-8555.

• The total yearly amount of the tuition may receive a 5% tuition discount for the 2009-2010 school year if paid in full by April 15, 2010..  Book fees must be paid on the first day of school.

• Hardback books for elementary and secondary students are the property of PVCS.  A rental fee for hardback books is included in the book fee.

• Students in Grades 1-12 will NOT need to purchase a Bible or a school planner.  They are included in the book fees.

• Additional books and/or materials may need to be purchased from time to time throughout the school year, especially for any enrichment classes that may be offered.
